Slingshot Session IPA – Fernie Brewing Co. 4.5% ABV, 45 IBU

Slingshot Session IPA pours a slightly hazy, pale yellow colour with a substantial white, fluffy head, and slow carbonation. Has citrusy, tropical fruit flavour and aroma and moderate bitterness from mainly Galaxy and Mosaic hops. Suggested food pairing: summer salads and cheeses. I found it enjoyable, refreshing,and satisfying and would drink it again.
