I am a would-be beer connoisseur, more of a zythophile. Ideally, I want to write copy for the craft beer industry as that is my chosen niche. That is my dream industry since writing about  it feels like more play than work. I really admire individuals like Randy Mosher of Tasting Beer fame. I aspire to write about beer with as much passion and expertise as he and others do.
