Udemy Brewing 101 With Ted Esler

Took the Udemy online introductory 1.5 hour home craft beer brewing course presented by Ted Esler, PhD. Ted goes through the theory of beer brewing and gives many useful demonstrations with the proper home brewing equipment. He demonstrates brewing a partial mash nut brown ale. The lecture picks up at the boiling stage and progresses on through fermentation and, finally, bottling. I enjoyed his demonstration of using a hydrometer to measure ABV. Overall, a most useful and enjoyable craft beer brewing course.
